Privacy Policy

LAST UPDATED · APRIL 2026

This site is operated by FXA Digital Solutions LLC ("FXA Digital", "we", "us"). We try to collect as little personal information as possible. This page explains what we do collect, why, and your rights.

1. What we collect

Contact form. When you submit the contact form on this site, we receive the name, email address, and message content you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically records standard request information — IP address, request time, user-agent — for security and abuse-prevention purposes. We do not use these logs for analytics or advertising.

Analytics. If we have enabled Cloudflare Web Analytics, it counts page views in aggregate without using cookies or tracking individuals across sites.

2. What we don't do

3. How we store your information

Contact-form submissions are delivered to our email inbox and may be retained there as part of normal correspondence. We retain messages only as long as needed to respond and keep records of our communication, and delete them on request.

4. Your rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to know what categories of information we collect. Residents of other regions (including the EEA/UK under GDPR) have similar rights. To make a request, email info@fxa.digital.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

5. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

6. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, post a notice on this page.
